Our Approach to Cancellations & Refunds
We know life happens and plans change. This page explains how cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds are handled at Truepath Women's Therapy. If you have a question about a specific booking, please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to help.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your free 15-minute consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost. For paid sessions, we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule; your therapist will confirm the specific notice period and any late-cancellation fee with you directly when you book.
Refunds
Because our services are personalized and delivered in real time, session fees are generally non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you believe there has been a billing error or have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us at admin@pathfindertherapy.ca and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
