Our Approach to Cancellations & Refunds
We know life happens and plans change. This page explains how cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds are handled at Truepath Women's Therapy. If you have a question about a specific booking, please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to help.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your free 15-minute consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost. For paid sessions we ask for 24 hours’ notice. Less than that may be charged the full session fee, and we will always talk to you first if something genuinely unavoidable came up.
Refunds
Because our services are personalized and delivered in real time, session fees are generally non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you believe there has been a billing error or have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us at admin@pathfindertherapy.ca and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
