If you are in crisis right now, please don’t wait for an appointment. Call or text 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, 24/7) or the Distress Centre Calgary at 403-266-HELP (4357). If you are in immediate danger, call 911. We will still be here afterwards.

Trauma Therapy for Women Calgary & Online Across Alberta

Some things don’t stay in the past.

Maybe you flinch at things other people don’t notice. Maybe your body reacts — a racing heart, a clenched jaw, going numb — before your mind has caught up. Maybe you keep people at a careful distance and call it independence. Or maybe you’ve told yourself for years that what happened “wasn’t that bad,” and you can’t explain why it still has weight.

You don’t need a dramatic story to deserve help. If something is still shaping how you live, it counts.

What Working With Us Looks Like

Trauma therapy here does not mean being made to relive everything. It starts with steadiness — building enough safety and skills that the hard material becomes approachable rather than overwhelming. You do not have to tell the whole story on the first day, or ever, for the work to help.

Depending on what fits you, we draw on EMDR and Brainspotting — approaches designed to help the brain reprocess what got stuck — alongside IFS-informed and cognitive behavioural work. You set the pace. We hold the structure.

Some people come for a specific event. Others come because a whole childhood taught them to stay small, stay useful, or stay alert. Both belong here.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

You don’t have to have it figured out before you book. That is what the fifteen minutes is for.

Free 15-minute consult — a real conversation, not a sales call. Ask us anything.

Most consults booked within 24 hours.

In person in Calgary at #204B, 2120 Kensington Rd NW, or online anywhere in Alberta.

$190 per 50-minute session. Direct billing available with most major insurers.

You will see the same therapist every time.

What we don’t do. We don’t prescribe medication, and we don’t do psychological assessments or diagnoses. If you need formal documentation for a legal claim, an insurance case, or a disability application, that calls for an assessment provider, we will point you to the right kind of professional rather than pretend to be one.

We would rather tell you that in the first five minutes than take your money for the wrong thing.

You have carried this long enough to be reading this page. The next step is fifteen minutes, free, with a therapist who does this work every day, no pressure, no commitment, no need to have the words ready.

Book your free consult, most within 24 hours.
